Nat has been my PT for a month! She has created exercises routines to suit me as an individual. I am a full time working mum with 2 kids. Sticking to a healthy lifestyle can be challenging! Nat has always encouraged me to make the positive changes in my life to have a much healthier and happier life. One month with Nat and I have lost 10 pounds. I’m fitting into clothes that never used to zip up! I’m feeling better and more energetic. I can only look upwards and onwards for more progress and better results!
