As well as people reporting a feeling of refreshment and being energised, reiki is particularly effective in reducing stress and anxiety, as well as lessening physical and emotional pain, and those feelings from trauma and grief. If you suffer from insomnia, being unable to switch off, high blood pressure or hormonal imbalances, reiki can also be extremely effective.
I also run workshops on meditation and crystal healing and how to apply this to your everyday life without using apps or headphones. Workshops will include learning about the different types of meditation and how to introduce crystals into your reiki or meditation practice.
