In order to allow people to explore what I do and what may work best for them I offer a six-week well-being package where we explore areas such as Reiki, Crystals, Indian Head Massage, Meditation, Stretching and Pilates etc.
The package comprises of six one hour sessions, spread over six weeks, designed to bring calm and peace.
You can do it one to one, or with a friend if you prefer.
Week 1 – Intro to chakras and crystals.
Week 2 – Stretch and meditation session one-on-one for lower chakras.
Week 3 – Intro to Reiki and Indian head massage treatment.
Week 4 – Upper chakras, mind, throat, heart, meditation and learning.
Week 5 – Learning session covering pressure points and stretches.
Week 6 – Chakras focussed on individual needs, You can choose any of what you have done to complete a personal hour-long session, this may include writing or recording a personal meditation to take with you.
The price for all six sessions is £199.00 per person, payable in one payment prior to commencing.
